หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide service and coordinate with the company's export customers and the shipping line booking department, both via email and telephone.
• Coordinate with the shipping agent regarding the issuance of export entry documents and invoices.
• Coordinate with the Truck Booking Team and other related departments according to the company's stipulated timeframe/standard period.
• Open job files in the system, set up expenses (if any), and request expense reimbursements for fee payments.
• Close the job file for the Accounting Department according to the company's stipulated standard.
• Follow up on and resolve any issues arising from export operations.
