หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare cost estimate based on concept/schematic drawing.
• Prepare BOQ and pre-tender estimate.
• Prepare tender document.
• Prepare tender analysis and report.
• Prepare contract document.
• Recommend payment for work done.
• Prepare monthly cost report.
• Assessment of variation works and settlement of final account.
• Coordinate and maintain good relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.
