หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Accounting and Financial Management:
• o Oversee and ensure the accuracy of accounting records and transactions according to accounting principles.
• o Manage and supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• o Handle general accounting processes such as invoicing, payment collections, receipts, and account closures.
• o Review financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting:
• o Analyze financial data and prepare reports for the accounting manager and senior management.
• o Prepare monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• o Provide recommendations for financial management and process improvements.
• Tax and Compliance:
• o Review tax calculations and ensure timely and accurate tax filing (e.g., VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax).
• o Comply with accounting and tax regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws.
• o Coordinate with external agencies such as the Revenue Department for tax-related matters.
• Interdepartmental Coordination:
• o Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure smooth accounting operations.
• o Assist in gathering necessary documents and information required for financial reporting.
• Process Improvement:
• o Assist in improving accounting processes for greater efficiency.
• o Suggest new methods or approaches to streamline accounting operations.
• Ad hoc as an assignment

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Solid knowledge of Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and relevant tax laws and regulations
• Strong skills in financial planning, controlling, and timely preparation of financial statements and reports
• Ability to analyze financial statements and recommend improvements in accounting processes
• Hands-on experience with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent
• Excellent leadership, team management, and cross-functional coordination skills
• CPA or CPD certification is a strong advantage
• Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is an added advantage
