หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Perform thorough manual testing of web and mobile applications across various platforms and browsers.
• Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects in a clear and concise manner using tools such as Jira.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and QA team to ensure software quality.
• Conduct regression, functional, integration, and UAT testing.
• Support and maintain test documentation.
• Apply basic Cypress automation skills to assist the automation team or run automated test cases when necessary.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Basic understanding of automation testing using Cypress (e.g., reading/modifying existing test scripts).
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic English communication skills (reading/writing).
• Strong API testing using Postman.
