หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Plan, control, and manage vehicle maintenance and accident-related operations to meet company standards and budget.
• Coordinate with garage, service centers, and insurance companies to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
• Analyze vehicle issues and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Prepare reports on maintenance activities and manage repair budgets effectively.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure high performance and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company standards.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints using sound judgment within delegated authority and in accordance with company policies.
• Supports management with the development and implementation based on business demands and transaction levels.
• Review ongoing performance results to targets.
• Coordinate with related parties and work with Management as assigned
• Other responsibilities as assigned

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and accident management.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive repair and accident handling processes.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High sense of responsibility and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience working with insurance companies is a plus.
• Proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills
