หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Provide first-level support, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for computer hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist with the setup, configuration, update and maintenance of computer hardware, network systems and Microsoft Application.
Manage user accounts, including password resets and access permissions.
Update and understand database in MySQL and SQL procedure.
Maintain smooth running of ERP or accounting software
Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
Provide training on basic IT & Web functions.
Document all support activities and resolutions in the help desk system.
Generate reports on common issues and suggest improvements.
Generate transaction report from website for further team process.
Work closely and be contact point with Company's IT & Technical outsource team members to resolve complex issues.
Participate in IT & Website projects and provide input on system improvements.
Assist in maintaining and update hosting, domain and website (WordPress & WooCommerce).
Troubleshoot and resolve web-related issues.
Ensure website security and perform regular effectively.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in an IT support role.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems especially Microsoft applications (Windows, Azure, 365 Portal), WordPress, WooCommerce and API configurations is a plus.
Understand and have basic knowledge of ERP or accounting software such as Business plus, Express Accounting, Peak Accounting, Flow Account, Zort Out and E-commerce fulfillments.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
