หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Review tender documents such as instructions to bidders, project requirements, specifications, and drawings. Identify and prepare queries for any discrepancies, errors, or missing information.
• Apply additional design requirements to clarify incomplete specifications and produce accurate estimation drawings.
• Prepare Value Engineering / Cost Down (VECD) estimation drawings for clearer understanding and communication.
• Coordinate with internal designers to gather necessary design details for estimation confirmation. Perform quantity take-off and ensure all specifications and quantities align accurately with provided drawings.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates with detailed pricing.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying (QS) or cost estimation.
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Project, MS Office (especially Excel), AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revit.
• Good command of English communication.
• Willing to work at construction sites in suburban areas.
• Able to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with team members.
