หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Operate and control CNC machines (3-axis and 5-axis) and other related machinery
• Set up CNC machines and select appropriate cutting tools
• Accurately read and interpret engineering drawings and CNC programs (G-code, M-code)
• Manufacture parts according to assigned designs and production plans
• Inspect dimensions and quality of workpieces using precision measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Clean and maintain machines, tools, and work areas according to 5S principles
• Record work data and report results to supervisors
• Coordinate with relevant departments such as Production, Engineering, and Quality Control
• Comply with company safety standards and regulations
• Able to work overtime (OT) and shift work.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related engineering (Welcome to new graduates)
• At least 1-2 years of experience operating CNC Milling and Machining Center machines
• Experience in using CAD/CAM software (CREO or Cimatron is a plus) and using basic measuring instruments and basic knowledge of 3&5 axis CNC machinery.
• Understanding of prototype fabrication and Knowledge of machining various materials such as steel, wood, plastic, and foam
