Planning & Scheduler (Chemical Construction at Rayong) - Contract Basis

Responsible

  • Create detailed critical path method (CPM) schedules
  • Coordinate and integrate schedules across multiple project teams
  • Monitor and update project timelines continuously
  • Identify and mitigate potential scheduling conflicts
  • Optimize resource allocation and utilization
  • Track and manage project workforce requirements
  • Coordinate equipment and material scheduling
  • Develop resource loading charts
  • Manage contractor and subcontractor scheduling interfaces
  • Monitor project progress against established schedules
  • Prepare weekly and monthly schedule performance reports
  • Conduct schedule variance analysis
  • Implement corrective actions for schedule deviations
  • Support project management in decision-making processes

More qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Advanced certification in Project Management (PMP preferred)
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and cost control tools.
  • Understanding of construction methodologies
  • Knowledge of Thai construction regulations
  • 3-5 years in construction planning and scheduling
  • Experience in industrial or infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with Rayong region construction landscape
  • Understanding of local construction practices
  • Construction project management principles
  • Risk management techniques
  • Earned value management
  • Cost control methodologies
  • Safety compliance standards
  • Fluent in Thai, Working proficiency in English, Additional language skills (advantage)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work flexible hours
