หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Participate in the establishment, maintenance, and improvement of the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management system (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Drive the Low Carbon Factory initiative, ensuring compliance with standards on wastewater, air pollution, noise emissions, and the proper management of hazardous waste according to legal requirements.
• Manage risk assessments by identifying, analyzing, and evaluating hazards in the workplace, and implementing appropriate safety controls and measures.
• Ensure employees at risk of workplace hazards undergo pre-employment, ongoing, and exit health checks, maintaining and managing health records.
• Plan and conduct safety training for employees, and manage the competency and qualifications of key positions (e.g., EHS officers, hazardous task personnel).
• Be responsible for daily safety inspections, identifying risks in work areas, and driving corrective actions from relevant departments.
• Oversee inherent safety management (for machinery, production processes, special equipment, and chemicals) to reduce and eliminate risks.
• Develop, update, and enforce safety standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare and update the organization’s emergency response plan, conduct regular emergency drills, and manage actual emergencies when they occur.
• Stay updated on and interpret the latest EHS laws, regulations, and standards to ensure the company’s operations comply with legal requirements.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Safety, or a related field.
• Knowledge and understanding of environmental and safety laws and regulations in Thailand.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Possession of environmental and safety certifications or licenses in Thailand will be an advantage.
• Experience in industrial safety management in large-scale factories will be an advantage.
