หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• • Effectively communicate and deal with initial and ongoing client inquiries and work updates, coordinate internally with the internal teams to provide necessary support to clients, updating and maintaining client database, coordinating with clients and following up on pending matters and resolving any difficulties or complaints in the day-to-day operations.
• • Schedule regular meetings with clients, create plans to address clients’ business needs and build solid relationships
• • Proactively collect and analyse feedback to identify opportunities for performance improvement initiatives in alignment with the organization’s core values to enhance clients experience with suitable action plans
• • Coordinate and ensure operational requirements are being delivered as per contractual agreements
• • Design initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy including competitive analysis and finding new ways to retain clients
• • Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products

• • Logical and analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• • Enjoy working under dynamic environment
