หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with accountability.
• Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in valve maintenance offshore or onshore.
• Minimum ten (10) years in oil and gas, refinery, or petrochemical maintenance fields is beneficial.
• Experience and knowledge of valve components and spare parts for well-known valve manufacturers.
• Good knowledge and experience of SSHE requirements in a working environment.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with solid reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with work-related applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic operational setting.
• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Positive attitude, service-minded, willing to contribute to team and eager to learn and work under pressure are preferable.

• Job Purpose: The Valve Maintenance Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to offshore and onshore maintenance teams, ensuring efficient maintenance planning and execution, and managing maintenance data and reports. The role involves maintaining valve-related documentation, coordinating maintenance schedules, monitoring maintenance coss, and ensuring compliance with COMPANY standards and API 598 requirements.
• Key Accountabilities: The CONTRACTOR shall provide CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL with skill sets and experiences of not less than COMPANY’s minimum requirements and as may be required for the performance in scope of SERVICES. The main scope of SERVICES and other related activities are outlined as follows, but not limited to them:-
• Support offshore and onshore maintenance teams in technical matters related to valve systems, as requested by the supervisor.
• Ensure technical solutions provided to maintenance teams maximize operational efficiency.
• Oversee valve and parts reconditioning.
• Oversee API 598 Valve Inspection and Testing.
• Track and analyze failure mechanism, and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBFs).
• Conduct and coordinate planning and scheduling for preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and corrective maintenance (CM) in collaboration with the COMPANY CMMS Officer.
• Establish and update valve data, operation & maintenance (O&M) manuals, data sheets, and reports in the COMPANY system.
• Collect, monitor, and report on all maintenance costs and budgetary matters.
• Prepare and deliver maintenance reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy in all maintenance-related information, including costs, manpower, and failure analysis, recorded in SAP and budget reports.
• Comply with COMPANY standards, including Corporate Governance & Business Ethics (CG&BE), Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) guidelines.
• Provide additional support as required by the COMPANY.
