หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Support/Join plant commissioning & start-up
• Develop Procedure, SOP and Work instruction.
• Operate & control processes to ensure safety, quality, and continuous production.
• Operate & monitor equipment and keep in good condition.
• Record machine condition values, collect samples, and continuously improve machine conditions.
• Shift report for plant and equipment condition.
• Perform basic maintenance such as a cleaning filter, isolation work for maintenance and maintenance preparation, touch up painting and etc.
• Perform simple equipment corrective maintenance tasks or coordinate with vendor to troubleshoot equipment back to operation.
• Perform first line maintenance or simple preventive maintenance tasks such as motor greasing, filter replacement etc. to ensure equipment reliability and integrity
• Handover job and provide sufficiency information for back-to-back when shift change
• Prepare/review work orders, permits, and job safety analysis and site check & control
• Process and equipment isolation for Corrective and preventive work (if required)
• Ensure compliance with safety (SSHE), health, environment, and regulatory standards.
• Report daily operations and ensure smooth shift handovers.
• Act as ERT during emergencies.
• Other request by company.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Graduated with a vocational certificate (or equivalent) in fields such as Petrochemicals, Electrical, Mechanical, Production Technology, Industrial Electronics, Measurement and Control, Mechatronics.
• Experience in experience in petrochemical, Oil & gas, refinery or other related industry, direct experience in H2 plant is preferable than 5- 10 years, direct experience in H2 plant is preferable.
• Good knowledge of instrumentation, DCS systems and rotating machinery fundamentals, experience in DCS or PLC operation at least 3 years
• Experience in DCS or PLC operation at least 3 years
• Experience in Turnaround, Plant Start Up & Shutdown.
• Experience in Safety Work Practice such as a Permit to Work, LOTO & Line Break.
• Familiarize in Safety Risk Assessment such as JSA
