หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, BOQs, and financial forecasts for various construction projects.
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements to identify cost-effective solutions and optimize resources.
Perform risk analysis and manage contingencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
Prepare and evaluate tender documents, contracts, and bids, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Monitor and control project costs, providing regular updates and reports to management.
Evaluate and negotiate contract variations, claims, and change orders.
Implement cost-saving measures and value engineering techniques to maximize project profitability.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Excellent knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry best practices.
Familiarity with relevant construction regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized QS software (e.g., CostX, Buildsoft, or similar).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Thai nationality and English Speaking
