- Oversee and set direction of commercial activities and responsible Marketing & PM departments.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
- Oversee sales revenue, profit, and product distributed via retails & online channel
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and reports to Directors
- Oversee budget for commercial related activities
