หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• -Welcome quests and provide information about spa services/packages -Manage reservations and coordinate with therapists -Answer phone calls, cats, and handle online booking channels -Process payments and ensure accuracy of billing -Record daily usage of massage oils and consumables, and submit to Admin for stock control -Summarize daily income by shift and hand over to the next staff -Enter appointments/orders in Google Sheet, Excel, or POS system -Support marketing/PR activities such as posting promotions online -Maintain cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere at the reception area
