หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Oversee accounting daily operations
• 2. Responsible for checking various accounting documents and record accounting entries into the system
• 3. Take responsibility for general ledger, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, fixed asset and depreciation, etc.
• 4. Validates and approves all the monthly and yearly tax liabilities ensuring that the tax legislation is applied
• 5. Manage withholding tax (PND3,53,54) and vat report (PP30, PP36).
• 6. Reconcile detail of balance sheet and P&L.
• 7. Coordinate with other department (Accounting Issue), such as internal staff, auditor, revenue department, etc.
• 8. Close Month-End account in the system with agreed timeline
• 9. Regularly produce financial reports or statements
• 10. Encourage other employees to adhere to standards
• 11. Provide recommendations that meet financial accounting objectives 12. Other task job as assigned.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• 1. Bachelor degree of Accounting (B.Acc.) or above
• 2. Minimum 5 years experience
• 3. Proven knowledge of IFRS accounting standards is desirable but not a requirement
• 4. Excellent computer and excel skills on MS Office
• 5. Excellent knowledge and experience with accounting software and databases (Knowledge with Chinese and the international system will be an advantage)
• 6. Very good knowledge of Tax Legislation
• 7. Ability to multi task
• 8. Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• 9. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• 10. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• 11. Good time-management skills
• 12. Great interpersonal and communication skills
• 13. Good at and can use Chinese, English and Thai as working languages, will be given special consideration
