หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Supervise and track the status of orders, Coordinate with logistics companies, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
• Provide order information and occasionally respond to customer inquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Compile and prepare daily shipping reports; Notify the sales team of the arrival information of goods at the warehouse for effective planning and tracking.
• Reconciliation with logistics companies, review monthly transportation a counts to ensure accuracy, and handle payment matters.
