หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Represent Caviar Colony brand with confidence, charm, and professionalism
• Identify and approach new prospect through cold calls and in-person visits
• Conduct caviar tastings with clients, introducing them to the nuances of flavor, origin, and quality
• Sell directly to: Michelin-star chefs, Fine dining hotels and luxury restaurants, High-end hospitality and gourmet retailers, Airlines
• Deliver on-brand presentations that communicate the story and prestige behind our caviar
• Build a strong pipeline of luxury clients and convert them into loyal brand advocates
• Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with personalized follow-up
• Collaborate with our clients to organize brand collabs and caviar masterclass events to support brand visibility
• Maintain all client-facing communication in fluent English and Thai

• We’re not just hiring a salesperson, we’re hiring a brand ambassador for Caviar Colony who knows how to communicate value and experience, not just pricing.
• Excellent grooming and professional presence suitable for high-end clientele
• Fluent in English (Advanced level) — comfortable presenting to international chefs and expat managers
• Strong sales and communication skills — able to sell based on emotion and experience, not just features
• A strong passion in caviar (If you have passion, our customers can feel that)
• Confident conducting product tastings (caviar) and explaining product value
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, emotionally intelligent, and independent
• Proven ability to actively prospect, manage a pipeline, and work with minimal supervision
• Passionate about gourmet food, fine dining, or the culinary arts
• Comfortable navigating the world of luxury products or hospitality
• Good-to-have Qualities: Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end lifestyle brands
• Good-to-have Qualities: Past exposure to fine dining or premium food & beverage businesses
• Good-to-have Qualities: Experience with brand building or launching new product lines is a plus
• You’ll be entering the ground floor of our Caviar Colony Team, with a clear mission to become one of Thailand’s top 3 caviar brands. This is not a typical sales role — it’s a chance to help shape the future of a premium brand in the fine dining space.
