หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Research and map target markets for truffle products (e.g. hotel chains, restaurant groups, franchises).
• Act as the brand’s spokesperson and ambassador, delivering our story, values, and product vision with confidence and credibility.
• Build strong brand trust and long-term customer relationships by embodying the company’s quality and service standards.
• Conduct cold calls, in-person visits, and product presentations to decision-makers (chefs, restaurant owners, purchasing managers).
• Work closely with internal teams (logistics, sales coordinator, sourcing) to ensure product readiness and delivery.
• Collect customer feedback and identify market trends to shape our truffle product portfolio.
• Support the company’s vision to build a dedicated Truffle Team (including mentoring future team members if promoted).
• Prepare weekly reports and pipelines to track progress and drive performance.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Strong sales and business development mindset
• High sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
• Strongly passionate in luxury F&B products or fine dining industry
• Strong presentation skills in both Thai and English, especially when meeting with Restaurant Owners, General Manager, Executive Chef, Head of Purchasing.
• Fluent spoken and written English: able to confidently communicate with international customers who may not speak Thai.
• Able to work under pressure, set targets, and hit sales goals
• Own a car and driving license, willing to travel, meet chefs, and build strong customer relationships
• Data-driven thinking: able to track pipeline, leads, and conversion
• Familiar with the workflow of B2B Sales process
• Experience in B2B Sales for at least 1 year (Good to have qualities)
• Experience in pitching a project (Good to have qualities)
• Past experience in launching or scaling a product line is a plus (Good to have qualities)
