Learn technical knowledge on the jewelry factory processes
*Assist in managing the team and prioritizing their tasks according to your direct manager’s instructions
*Work with a tight schedule and complete tasks on time
*Work and coordinate between related departments (Factory, Marketing, Purchasing)
*Draft cost calculation sheets for all items (precious metals, weight, labour, components, etc) - This will be taught during the onboarding process.
*Source different raw materials from different departments
*Understand and follow clients’ requests (including technical specifications)
