หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and maintain technical expertise in molecular genetics and cytology testing.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers and internal teams, including product presentations, workshops, and consultations.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations, evaluations, and validations.
• Deliver technical training and create scientific selling tools for commercial use.
• Troubleshoot product and application issues and coordinate effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns.
• Prepare and maintain technical documents, guides, and application notes to support product usage and compliance
• Collaborate with international technical teams and global suppliers to ensure best-in-class customer support.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in medical technology, or relevant science-based field.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of molecular genetics or cytology.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a clinical, pathology, or molecular genetics laboratory.
• Prior experience as an Application Specialist or Product Specialist is a plus.
• Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a clinical or scientific setting.
• Strong team player with a high level of responsibility and efficiency.
• Own a car and driving license; willingness to travel across the country (Bangkok and upcountry areas).
