หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Deliver training on Mandala AI to customers, organizations, and learners in Thailand and international markets
• Design, develop, and continuously improve Mandala Academy courses to suit diverse audiences across different countries and industries
• Conduct training sessions in multiple formats, including: Offline Training / Workshops, Online Live Classes, Webinars and International Training Sessions
• Explain concepts related to Data, AI, and the Mandala AI platform in both Thai and English, using clear, practical explanations and real business use cases
• Develop training materials in both Thai and English, such as: Presentation slides, Workshops and hands-on exercises, Training guides and handbooks
• Collaborate closely with Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to: Stay updated on new features and platform enhancements, Develop training content tailored for international markets
• Act as a Speaker or Co-Speaker in Mandala AI webinars, events, and international activities
• Collect and analyze feedback from learners in both local and international programs to continuously improve course quality and learning experiences

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of experience in training, teaching, facilitation, or knowledge transfer
• Experience related to AI, Data, SaaS, Digital Platforms, Marketing Technology, or Business Solutions
• Background in Marketing, Business Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Data Analytics
• Experience delivering training to international clients is a strong advantage
• Ability to explain complex AI, data, and technology concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Experience in course design and learning flow development
• Solid understanding of data-driven and AI-driven business concepts
• Proficiency with online training tools, webinar platforms, and presentation software
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect platform capabilities to real business challenges
• Strong English communication skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing
• Ability to teach, explain, and present AI, data, or software-related content in English
• Ability to create training materials, slides, and documentation in English
• Experience conducting training or speaking in English for international webinars or programs is a strong plus
• Passion for teaching and developing learner capabilities
• Global mindset with openness to cross-cultural collaboration
• Ability to adapt teaching styles for learners from different countries and cultural backgrounds
• Strong service mindset with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and across regions
