• A Kitchen Helper is responsible for helping Cooks and Waitstaff ensure the kitchen runs as smoothly as possible. This allows customers to get their correct orders on time. Kitchen Helpers contribute by preparing or finishing meals to help cooks focus on creating other dishes. They do this by washing, cutting, peeling, or slicing ingredients and plating completed dishes. Kitchen Helpers work under the supervision of the Kitchen Manager or Restaurant Manager but assist everyone in the restaurant.
