หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Cubic Group is one of Thailand’s fastest-growing fitness, fashion, and lifestyle brands from Cubic Social Club gyms and GymX equipment to fashion labels like SaifahBhayu Performance, AliahMakia, House of Abbi, and Saifah Bhayu. We are Building communities, not just products. Overview: We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver to be the go-to person for performance marketing across our fashion and supplement brands. This is not a siloed agency role you’ll work directly with the founder, covering multiple brands, testing new tools, and figuring things out on the fly. Today, you’ll wear many hats ads, tracking, creative, CRO, CRM. Over time, as we add more brands and people, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the growth team expands.
• Launch and optimize paid ads (Meta, TikTok, LINE, Google).
• Set up tracking pixels and make sure they’re working correctly (Shopify, GA4, GTM). No coding required — just modern app know-how and a problem-solving mindset.
• Run A/B tests (landing pages, offers, creatives).
• Optimize product pages for conversion (copy, images, reviews, UX flow).
• Manage LINE OA CRM: grow subscriber lists, create campaigns, and run automations using Zaviago or similar.
• Edit ad creatives (Canva, CapCut) when needed.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Proven experience in performance marketing and paid ads (Meta, TikTok, LINE, Google Ads).
• Proficient in Shopify, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and GA4.
• Strong skills in UTM structuring and campaign analysis with third-party tracking tools (RedTrack, Voluum).
• Solid understanding of funnel segmentation and A/B testing.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely.
• Basic creative editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Ads Creative Studio).
• Proficient in AI-assisted content creation (ChatGPT, Claude).
• Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make) is a plus.
• Able to work in sprint-based, KPI-driven cycles with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable using Slack, Notion, Asana for collaboration.
• Flexible and able to manage multiple projects without compromising quality or speed.
• Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, and writing) with the ability to work effectively with foreigners
