หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Microsoft CoE Engineer (1-year contract) with deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 administration, and the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing identity and access management, cloud collaboration services, and platform governance across our enterprise environment. In addition to strong experience with Microsoft technologies, the candidate should also have a working knowledge of Google Workspace Directory and the ability to manage cross-platform identity integration. This role is critical to maintaining a secure, scalable, and compliant cloud infrastructure while enabling seamless collaboration across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) & Identity Management: Design, configure, and manage Microsoft Entra ID, including conditional access, identity protection, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) policies. Implement and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) Support and integration with third-party applications using SAML, SSO, OAuth, and API Connect. Manage security policies and compliance configurations. Monitor the security score of the identity service and maintain it. Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage security policies and compliance configurations. Monitor the security score of M365 services. Azure Cloud Environment: Work with infrastructure to implement cloud governance policies (e.g., Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud). Maintain and improve Azure resource security and cost-efficiency through automation and monitoring. Google Workspace Directory (Cross-Platform Identity): Manage the user, directory, and security groups in Google Workspace to align configurations with corporate identity policies. Support cross-platform identity synchronization and integration with Microsoft environments. Address compatibility, access control, and authentication use cases between M365 and Google Workspace.
