หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Analysis and solve the failure for HW, SW, application, Operation and escalation.
• Provide solutions to customers via remote or onsite
• cooperate with service vendor/third party
• Provide remote or onsite diagnostic to customer system
• Maintain inventory of IT hardware and software
• Others as assigned by Project Manager/Helpdesk Supervisor

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Male or female, 25-35 years of age
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or any related fields
• 2-5 year in service and support of Computer equipment, Network system, Infrastructure, IT Service
• Ability to work flexible
• Knowledge in Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office, MS SQL would be advantage.
• Good command of English would be advantage
