หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Source and select new suppliers, handle price negotiations, and manage the overseas purchasing process.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers and relevant domestic suppliers.
• Manage procurement activities, including negotiations with various suppliers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers.
• Check and ensure the quality of suppliers’ products.
• Calculate product costing, freight cost, shipping cost, import duty, and gross profit.
• Handle and monitor import operations, including customs clearance, shipment status, contacting shipping and forwarding companies, following up on outstanding orders, claims, and documentation.
• Review all relevant import and export documents to ensure proper processing.
• Negotiate with suppliers and/or distributors for better costs and trading terms in order to achieve cost savings.
• Work closely with the Purchasing Manager.
