หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare, review, and revise contracts to ensure clarity, legal compliance, and alignment with project goals, and identify potential legal and contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure contract terms comply with internal policies, align with legal standards and project requirements.
• Assist in negotiating contract terms with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Advise project teams on legal risks, obligations, and rights.
• Interpret laws, regulations, and contract clauses relevant to construction and engineering projects. • Provide legal consultation on corporate and commercial law, labor law, and other applicable regulations
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws related to construction, labor, safety, and environmental standards.
• Support company’s activities such as internal audit.
• Assist in managing claims, disputes, and litigation.
• Coordinate with external counsel and represent the company in arbitration or legal proceedings when necessary
• Knowledge of arbitration, mediation, and litigation processes specific to construction disputes.
• Maintain legal records, contracts, and corporate documentation.
• Support corporate governance activities including board resolutions and legal filings. Training & Awareness:
• Conduct legal training initiatives for internal teams on compliance, contract management, and ethics.
• Promote awareness of compliance standards and ethical practices.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• A valid Lawyer’s license
• 3 years or more of legal experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or EPC sectors
• English translating & speaking skill
• Strong contracting drafting skills, knowledge in construction law, and regulatory compliance to support project execution
• Good command of both spoken and written English; (English skills for Legal Practices, Contract Drafting Skills.)
