หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Control and maintain the quality assurance system to meet customer requirements and international standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
• Lead the QA/QC team in conducting inspections, managing quality issues, and implementing effective corrective actions.
• Supervise all quality inspection stages: incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
• Oversee quality management for new products, design changes, new tooling transfers, and change management processes.
• Serve as a key contact for customers, handling complaints and claims, and driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring diligent follow-up.
• Monitor quality KPIs and initiate continuous improvement activities to enhance performance.
• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and customers during new product development (NPD) to ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage, train and develop the QA team to build their technical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of QA/QC experience within the automotive manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Proficient in root cause analysis methodologies such as 8D Reports, 5-Why, and Fishbone Diagrams.
• Good command of English; proficiency in Japanese is a significant advantage.
