หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Identify and manage relationships with KOLs and influencers across platforms to align with our promotionl campaigns with related outlets and channels.
• Take the lead in managing and growing the official Wine Connection TikTok account.
• Monitor & identify emerging trends, viral content & relevant pop culture moments to proactively create timely content.
• Plan, produce & publish exciting content including visuals, videos & captions aligned with our brand.
• Track performance analytics & optimize content based on insights to maximize reach & engagement.
• Film and edit high-quality, engaging short-form video content across social media platforms-with specific tailored versions for TikTok's unique audience.
• Stay constantly updated on the latest social media features, algorithm shifts, and content trends, especially within the F&B and lifestyle sectors.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor Degree in relate fields.
• Proven experience in managing and negotiating with KOLs/influencers for business objectives.
• Demonstrate ability to film and edit short-form video content using mobile or basic professional equipment for platforms like TikTok/Reels.
• Deep, current working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook mechanics, especially concerning community building the growth in both organic and advertising payment strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English (International working environment).
• Ability to monitor, analyze and report on social media metrics and KOL campaign performance.
• A keen interest in F&B, wine, and lifestyle content is a distinct advantage-you must genuinely enjoy what you are promoting
