วางแผนและบริหารงานบัญชี -จัดทำแผนงานด้านบัญชีและการเงินให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายองค์กร -จัดระบบและกระบวนการทำบัญชีให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ตรวจสอบและควบคุมงานบัญชี -ตรวจสอบการบันทึกบัญชีให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานบัญชี/ภาษี/กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง -วิเคราะห์ วางแผน จัดทำงบการเงิน PL&BS ประจำเดือน,ประจำไตรมาส,ประจำปี รวมถึงงบกระแสเงินสด บริหารทีมงานบัญชี -กำหนดเป้าหมายและกำกับดูแลการปฎิบัติงานของทีมบัญชี -พัฒนาทักษะของทีมบัญชี การจัดการด้านภาษีและปฎิบัติตามกฎหมาย -ควบคุมการจัดทำและยื่นแบบภาษี เช่น ภ.ง.ด.3/ภ.ง.ด.50/ภ.ง.ด.51/ภ.ง.ด.53/ภพ.30/ภพ.36 และภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล -ติดตามกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดทางการงิน-บัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง ให้คำปรึกษาทางการเงินและบัญชี -วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงินเพื่อสนับสนุนการวางแผนธุรกิจของผู้บริหาร -ให้คำแนะนำผู้บริหารในการบริหารต้นทุนและวางแผนทางการเงิน ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก -ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชี สรรพากร ธนาคารและหน่วยงานราชการ -นำเสนอข้อมูลทางบัญชีแก่ผู้บริหารและผู้ถือหุ้น งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Receiving POs from customer and all administrative work once PO is received. Verifying price, specification and material codes on PO is correct. Enter customer purchase orders into the ERP system Coordinate changes or updates to orders with production/logistics teams Track order status and ensure timely delivery Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases to support sales team Prepare invoices, certification paperworks and delivery documents to customers Liaise with freight forwarding company or courier services. Follow up on customer payment status and overdue invoices.

Identify customer needs and generate sales opportunities until PO fulfilment Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers Identify customer needs, provide product knowledge and generate sales opportunities Prepare quotations and technical documents with support from HQ sales/technical Conduct regular customer visits Develop and work with end-users to test, validate and implement materials into their products Collaborate closely with Sales Admin to ensure smooth order fulfilment Handle complaints, and technical issues with technical teams and follow through to closure Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review Customize and arrange presentations for customers
