Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy included design trade channel strategies all offline and online matched and aligned with business strategy including to create sales goals by predicting appropriate sales figures for various areas and groupings.


• Lead & motivate and coaching a large sale team to ensure coverage, distribution and activities are met.


• Develop sales tracking performance report and use the result analysis to defines data-driven action strategies.


• Develop customer development program to build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers.


• Defines and communicates KPIs and targets to sales team on a regular basis analyst patterns in consumer behavior and market insight.


• Monitor the variety of products and retail price structure.


• Work closing with Managing Director to develop and execute the company's business strategies.

Requirements and skills

• Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets


• Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director


• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level


• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close


• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services


• Proven ability to position products against competitors


• Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions


• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills


• Excellent verbal and written communications skills


• BA/BS degree or equivalent


• 10 years’ experience
