Wus Printed Circuit (Kunshan) Co. Ltd was established in 1992 in Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province, with a registered capital of RMB 1.897 billion. The company was listed on the SME board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2010, with the stock code 002463 and the stock abbreviation of WUS Printed Circuit.

Since its establishment, the company has been based on the research and development, design and manufacturing of printed circuit boards, the company has developed into one of the important brands in the printed circuit board industry through years of market expansion and brand management with the efforts of all staff, and enjoys a good reputation in the industry. The company's main products are printed circuit boards used in telecommunications, communication equipment and automobiles, and its main customers are Cisco, Huawei, Nokia, Siemens, etc.

On June 7, 2022, the Board of Directors of WUS PRINTED CIRCUIT (KUNSHAN) CO., LTD. resolved to invest approximately US$280 million in a new production facility in Thailand, covering an area of approximately 300 acres, at the Rojana Industrial Park in Ayutthaya, Thailand. 

WUS Printed Circuit (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. เริ่มก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปีค.ศ 1992 ที่เมืองคุนซาน มณฑลเจียงซู ด้วยทุนจดทะเบียน 18.97 พันล้านหยวน และในปี 2010 ได้ลงรายชื่ออย่างเป็นทางการกับกระดานวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมของตลาดหลักทรัพย์เซินเจิ้น เลขรหัสหุ้น: 002463.

     เมื่อวันที่ 7 มิถุนายน ค.ศ. 2022 คณะกรรมการบริษัท WUS (เลขรหัสหุ้น"002463") ได้ตัดสินใจลงทุนสร้างฐานการผลิตแห่งใหม่ในประเทศไทย โดยเงินลงทุนประมาณ 280 ล้านเหรียญสหรัฐ พื้นที่ประมาณ 300 ไร่ โรงงานแห่งใหม่ในประเทศไทยตั้งอยู่ในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมโรจนะ อยุธยา ประเทศไทย
